It would be very helpful if we could enter not only the referring doctor, but also the patient's PCP. We could have the option of sending notes to just the one, or both, but the PCP would be there for quick access to their name.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding a PCP field is not a feature that we currently have planned, but we may consider in the future.
As short term solution, when you do a full add of a patient you could add the PCP into one of the additional referring physician fields, and make a note stating that one is the PCP.
