The old version gives a space to list treatment precautions (allergies, pacemaker, etc) separate from medical history to highlight concerns that a treating therapist needs to see before each session. This is an important safety feature.

Hi Julie! You can create a custom alert, such as an allergy or safety alert, in SOAP 2.0 that will be visible on the chart. More information can be found here. We'd love to hear your feedback on this feature! Thanks!
