Eval required to be signed before starting a daily note

In a perfect world all evals would be signed and done before the patient's next visit. But the reality is that's not always possible. 2.0 does not allow a daily note to be created without first signing and closing the Eval. Please change this to allow for flexibility.

Hello, thanks for submitting your feedback! Good news! Initial Evaluations do not have to be signed in order to create a Daily Note. Please contact our Support team if you are experiencing any difficulty with this. Thanks!
