It is crazy to think that an advanced EMR does not have the option to use smart text or "click to select" options for objective findings on a daily note. I should be able to click and select on objective findings in a daily note similar to how I am able to in an IE. This should be EASY to implement, but is currently lacking in your SOAPs.
Example, as a chiropractor, I need to have the ability to use the Special Tests for Passive Vertebral Mobility in the objective findings section in a daily SOAP. This is a requirement for proper reimbursement through commercial insurances. Currently, I have to free type everything.

Hello and thanks for your feedback. This is definitely something we can look to expand. One other option for you to consider for use immediately is that you can use a text auto expander from a plugin that can easily be shared across your clinic. Here is an article describing the use.
