Would it be possible to create a group messanger, in the Messages, where we can title the group "Receptionists" and add the names to the group so we dont have to go searching for the names individually? There are so many pop ups under the list that it takes a while to scroll through the entire list. The idea for an Instant Messenger between front desk and PT is much better but I already saw that idea was suggeted.

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Creating groups in Messages is not something that we currently have planned, but may consider in the future. This scenario however may likely be solved with our Tasking tool, which allows information to flow out to pre-set groups of people at once.
