The objective tabs do not include a place to articulate what you did for each unit billed. This is important for reimbursement and for remembering what interventions were performed in previous visits. For example, if I perform manual therapy and bill for this, there is no designated place to document the exact intervention.

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. We are working on an advanced flowsheet that will feed into the charge summary/billing section. In the meantime the easiest place to document these activities is in the Additional Comments under the Objective section. This will carry forward from each note and can easily be updated. We also have a feature coming in a few weeks that will allow you to document the specific intervention directly next to the CPT code in the charge summary if you prefer.
