Make cx/ns visible in SOAP 2 patient records (as you could in SOAP 1)

Currently you have to change to SOAP 1 to view cx/ns documentation vs. having it listed directly in the patients record, as you can in SOAP 1. This is time consuming and not helpful in tracking patient compliance quickly.
