Patient Name On the Top Of Each Notes

Patient name should be on the top of the notes. When MD's fax the signed notes back to us the name on the bottom is not showing. Which makes it very difficulty to file the notes in the correct charts.

    The names are now there, but it includes the nickname field which should NOT be included!!!

    The patient name and date of birth can be found in the footer of all pages of the note to identify which patient the note is for.
    We are also making improvements to the PDF look and feel, which will include moving the patient name to the header of all pages. This enhancement will be available next month. Thanks for submitting your feedback!
