Soap 1.0 you can click a missed notes report on the right hand side and it will pull up all notes that aren't done, including those that are started and those that are not. In Soap 2.0 you can pull up a Missed Notes report in analytics but if the note is started, it is not on the report. We can do an Open Notes report in analytics but it only shows who the case was assigned to or who last opened the note, NOT who the appointment was scheduled under. This creates hours of headache for our staff.
We need a way to have a Missed Notes report WITH Open Notes that shows WHO saw them that day.
