The 3 other clinicians and I have had problems with patients rating us as "very unsatisfied" instead of "very satisfied" because they are rushing through the paperwork, and the OMT also has Bad (more painful, less function) on left and Good on right, and then switches to Bad on Right side.
This has negative effects on my time management if I had to sit with patients and make sure they can fill out the OMT correctly, and also negatively affects my performance reviews.
Please make it easier for them to tell what's good and bad, and don't switch the direction of the scale half way through.

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Color coding the OMT is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but it sounds like a useful enhancement. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
