we are wondering if there is a button that could be created for a rechdule not a cancel since we charge for a cancel but we was not be able to see the patients spot on the schedule if they cancel in the 24 hour period we give them.
Hello, and thanks for your recommendation! Adding a "reschedule" button is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
