Currently, if there are payments added to a case, but there are no appointments scheduled for the case and no documentation completed on the case, the case can be deleted. This reduces visibility on payments, as those payments no longer appear on the Patient Payments screen in association with a case, but rather only show on the Payment Log.

Actually, appointments can be scheduled and the case can still be deleted.
This is a great suggestion to warn or better yet to dis-allow deletion of a case that may still have payments and/or scheduling attached to it. Thank you!
