If secondary copays showed up at check-in, it would guarantee we are being reimbursed in full by our clients and patients. It is confusing to a patient when we print their benefits, and it's entered under the primary just to show up at check in. Patients need a clear understanding of where their cost-sharing comes in, and our front desk needs secondary copays to always pop up at check in.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Adding the secondary copay at check-in is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
