Add Nickname Field as Dynamic Variable

You have a nickname/preferred name field in the EMR software (WebPT), so it only makes sense this would carry over to Reach. We would like to address patients in the name they would prefer to be called when sending automated content, so the nickname field NEEDS to be an option for a dynamic variable in Reach.
