General: Need for additional fields in reports such as patient name, DOS, status type

PT Solutions is requesting additional patient information be added to reports utilized as work queues for handling outstanding A/R. The purpose of the additional fields is to reduce the number of pages a user needs to access when working accounts.

    This is part of the "CSR Work Queues" project. The financial reports being utilized as also used for other purposes. Adding more PHI to the reports will increase the need to scroll and may cause other concerns. One of the goals with the CSR work queues project is to minimize the number of locations the user needs to access to complete there work and is expected to address this need.
