When viewing/printing/faxing Plan of Cares, discharges, Initial Evals, etc they are only labeled as Plan of Care and we have had much difficulty with doctors offices understanding the differences between each Discplines Plan of Care/documents without the document specifically stating which Discpline it is from.
We think it would be great if each document stated "Physical Therapy Plan of Care", "Occupational Therapy Discharge", Speech Therapy Initial Evaluation" etc

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding discipline titles next to "Plan of Care" is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
