WebPT Team -- The notes section is difficult to reference quickly when doing this, since all notes become one paragraph. This is also not ideal if we need to search for the secondary contact (PA, NP, etc.), since we would be unable to search for their names like we would a normal Contact.

We currently have a "Notes: " field within the contact that is intended to be used for this purpose. If you go to "Edit Contact" and type on the Notes section you can add the information there.
