With the development of the quick add feature we now have the ability to prevent note finalization if a patient was added via quick add and missing req'd fields necessary for billing. These "incomplete" patients are currently captured in the at a glance alerts found on the dashboard.
Feedback received from Members, is that it would be helpful to see an additional alert or task for the front office staff should an incomplete patient be preventing note finalization. Ideally this would help highlight the urgency of this task as it is preventing note finalization and ultimately delaying the claim process.
