When faxing certain records we need to be able to see the amount of pages sent for one to ensure the # of pages went through and also for billing purposes. This feature is available in 1.0 but not 2.0
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but are considering in the future. Ideally we would like to harmonize and consolidate our fax logs so there are not two experiences as you described. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

In the old fax log, we could view # of pages sent. Now that the communication log is in place, there is NO way (I verified with support) to know how many pages were sent in a fax. There is no way I can open each document and count pages, especially consdiering I am sometimes faxing the ENTIRE medical record, but I need to know how many pages were sent in order to invoice attorneys properly for records that are requested beyond the patients' free copy. PLEASE return to this feature. If it was important enough to have before, why is it not available now???
