We need an added sentence to the appointment reminder- We need a check in time and then an appointment time, and then a sentence reading: "If you are not here at the appointment check in time, your appointment will be canceled." So actual text or call would be: "Reminder: Your Appointment is on Wednesday April 14 at 5:30. Your check in time is 5:00, if you are not here at the appointment check in time, your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule."
This added information to the reminder calls would increase productivity the day of appointments and help decrease the amount of late arrivals/ No shows to First Evaluation appointments and increase productivity of the entire office.
