Being able to keep several windows open at once (e.g. entering payments, client billing, client filing)

Currently, I have to close the current window in order to go to another. For example, I might be working on a clinical note when a client calls and asks about his statement. I have to close clinical note, go to his statement, then close the statement and open the note - a lot of steps in between. It would be nice if I can just minimize the note and open the statement at the same time.

It only exists on a limited basis.  You can't keep the insurance payment window open when you go to another windo.

just go back to your Webpt and click on the billing tab and a new tab will open

You can have multiple instances of Therabill open under the same user ID. That is what we do using separate tabs and we use multiple monitors to help with productivity.

You are correct.  Some windows you can keep open and some you can't minimize to leave open.

It would be nice if more of the screens had the option to minimize.  There are not very many with that option.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! Have you tried using the minimize button in the top right-hand corner of the screen? This will minimize the window to the far right of the screen, and you can click on it to open it back up when you are ready. I hope this helps!
