WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It's really difficult to work electronic claim errors in that tiny screen. If we could pull them into work queues by payer/payer type, and sort by patient/payer/error type, and work multiple claims together it would save a ton of time. Also, if each queue could be "owned" by a user who is assigned to work that queue...that would be cool.
