I'd like to see more customizable or buildable reports - WYSIWYG report writer, etc. I want to be able to report on referrals by referring physician by place of service. I would like to be able to report on past due insurance balances, patient balances, etc. with more details than are in the AR reports now to make the reports easier to use and functional. It should show contact info for the insurance at the top. Each claim line could have a hyperlink to access the full session.

I would agree. Being able to customize/build reports based on what each clinic needs would be wonderful!
