WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Patient was created in WebPT with a correct and an incorrect spelling of last name.  Patient came over as 2 different patients. Therabill doesn't provide the feature to merge 2 patient records.

Statements must now be ran for both patient names for the same patient. 

Claims "skip" between 2 different records regarding billing dates of service.  This poses a problem because one cannot print out a complete list of claims for the patient unless you print out 2 different statements. 

Going forward this will continue to be an issue. Which Therabill patient record will his new visits go to?  Cannot deactivate 1 as the other record will never be complete. 

I have never worked with an EHR/Billing System in which 2 patients could not be combined for this very reason.  Really surprised this feature is not included in Therabill.
