Electronic Therapist Signature in box 31 CMS claim form 1500

Would it be possible to download a signature from the therapist to place underneath the electronic signature so that it would show a typed signature as well as a handwritten signature on the claim form? Similar to the procedure done in WebPT for therapist's notes??
