It makes no sense to us that we would need to delete a credit card entirely and re-enter all data again. It is hard enough to get patients to pay in general, let alone calling for a new card when all they want to do is update an expiration date. Furthermore, please consider devoting some significant resources to improving product integration with WebPT. We find Therabill support to be less than helpful and are strongly considering looking elsewhere. We are paying for a substandard product that was designed years ago as a stand alone EMR.
