A therapist wants to do her own billing | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

A therapist wants to do her own billing and go back to paper notes. How do I just enter her visits when we get paid and I don't want unfinalized notes.

My therapist wants to go back to paper notes and we want to enter checks that we receive from WCES and we don't know how we are not going to have do that because to make an appointment you need to do a note. So, it will make me have several unfinalized notes unless the billers can finalize her notes for her and say see paper note. Please let me know how to do billing without writing a note.
