When printing statements for the month, it shows every and all dates of service. We just started using this new system in 2017, so it only dates back to then, but it becomes confusing for patients (angry I might add) when they see service dates dated 2017. When a patient in discharged within WebPT, why cannot it crossover to Therabill? And discharge that episode of care with it. Looking into the future, 4 years from now, will dates of service from 2018 still be shown? Is there a way that this can be done? Or Therabill can fix?

Hello! We recommend going to the balance statement settings and selecting "Balance Due" under the "Do not show sessions with 0.00 amount in..." header. This should hide those old lines. Thank you!
