I am curious as to why your storage is so expensive. 1GB for $20 is outrageously expensive, whether its HIPAA, PCI, or any other confidential or critical data.

I can get HIPAA secured storage at 1TB for $100 a year, which I use to offload attachments every few months. Other than just wanting to charge an exorbitant rate, are there any operational reasons this is actually necessary, as it seems like your fees are quite a bit above and beyond a reasonable rate.
