Ability to inactivate a provider

This will show all active balances with the correct provider. We recently lost 2 providers and started 2 more. When I add the 2 new providers and delete the old, all active balances revert to the new provider names although they did not provide the service

I agree, that the ability to inactivate a provider without losing all the past scheduled appointments would be nice. Maybe a way to just take the inactive provider off the software billing for therabill.
