I have a large practice and people are using the message center for non-clinical issues. Like announcing lunch is here. There is no way to delete these nuisance messages and every message goes to every person every time. So either give us a way to delete messages and limit/ modify the "reply all" feature or give me the option to turn off the message center.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback! The user determines if they want to message all users or just certain users. Currently, there is no way to delete messages, but if you would prefer not to receive these types of communications, we recommend letting the senders know so that they can make sure not to include you on the distribution.
