Adding a nickname is demographics would be useful because most people go by a nick name or shortened name and we cannot technically put that in the demographics because we have to put the name that is showing on the insurance card or the claims will get denied.  So the option to put what the patient actually goes by and what the insurance card says would be great and helpful!
