I am constantly being logged out of Therabill while working with my clients. It is frustrating and time consuming.
Hello! If you have enabled Single Sign On between WebPT and Therabill, then Therabill will time out when the EMR times out. If you do not have Single Sign On, you just need to uncheck the Inactivity Timeout in the Administrative section of the app.

I have never had that boxed checked and I had the minutes at 900 and I still for the last year at least get logged out 5-7 times a day. Sometimes I don't realize it, and months later in trying to recon an account, find that I have a EOB in the patient chart but it's not showing up on their insurance payment screen as being paid.
