Why does Therabill keep logging me out?

Therabill keeps logging me off during the day. This has been happening for several weeks now. It has not only been happening to me but also my entire team at the office. Please fix this ASAP as it puts us behind since we have to redo all of our work when it logs us out of nowhere.
