apply copays to the date of service they were collected

when therabill applies a copay to the last open session - the bills print out with dates of service copays owed even tho the client has their receipt for that day that they paid - maybe having missed another date of service - very confusing for them and complicated for us

If this happens, we need to be able to apply secondary payments to claims that may cause a credit.
