We have reached out several times to you over constantly being logged out of Therabill. We are told to clear out our cashe & cookies which has been done daily yet the problem remains. Just now I was in working no issues, jumped up for less than 2 minutes & came back to my desk and nothing in Therabill was working as it has logged off but kept me in the screen I was in. This is very disruptive to our work flow, it didn't use to be this bad so there has to be a way to make this better for all your clients.
We have identified the root cause of this within the system and have addressed the scenario that was causing the problem. If you continue to have this issue, please contact support so we can further investigate.

This happens to us daily between 4:30 - 5:00 We have made complaints and nothing is done to fix it.
