ERAs; Show balance when posting payments and adjustments

When posting ERAs, you can't see how the claim balance will be affected by the payments and adjustments you are posting. This can result in credit balances, which then need to be corrected, or super small balances of a few pennies on a claim line, which then need to be written off.
