WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We have multiple clients that will have the same insurance ID, however, the insurance company will be different.  Someone from WebPT/Therabill told me that if the insurance ID is the same for multiple insurance companies, Therabill will only have one insurance name instead of two.  This occurs for us with CIGNA, for example.  For OT and PT services, we need to bill out to American Specialty Health (ASH), however, for ST services, we have to bill out directly to CIGNA.  Of course, the Insurance ID for all three services is the same.  The current workaround is to not have the insurance information pass over from WebPT to Therabill.  In other words, we need to archive what is in Therabill and manually create two separate insurance ID cards in Therabill.  This is not a clean way of doing things.  It is a work-around at best.
