COLLECTIONS REPORT

There should be a way to mark an account "in collections"  as in we have outsourced it and we no longer need to bill.  Having to go thru the accounts and uncheck these names would no longer be an issue and we could run a report or see "at a glance" if the account has been turned over.

    Hello! You can currently use the identifier field next to the patient name to write "COL" as a tag that will let you know they are in collections. We plan on implementing a feature that will allow you to exclude a patient from client billing. I hope this helps!
