if the invoice stub is mailed back to us to process their credit card, with out the security code, we have to then call them to get the security code to process. This is especially awkward when we have been sending out invoices and the patient finally sends us the payment info and then we have to call them again! UGG! At this point, I may have to hand write a spot for the security code on each invoice when i send them out. That would be a big pain not only to do but to remember for every single invoice. HELP!!!!!!
