If the patient has a secondary insurance, it would be nice to know that at the time of posting the primary payment so the bills are directed properly. Secondaries are very easily overlooked as we don't research each patient every single time we post payment. Or if there was a flag of some kind to tell us there is a secondary policy it would be helpful to people posting payments.
