The inactive patients show automatically and they have to be unchecked this is not needed daily when scheduling or posting. We do not need that listing unless we are in search of that. However the cancelled appointments for patient accounts need to be seen for billing and account purposes they need to be seen without having to check each one. When you have many patients it takes time to remember to check the box. If they cannot be checked, then give the option to set it up as needed for each practice. THank you.
