Make a way to add a copay to each visit. That way we can bill the patient for a missed copay even before the insurance processes the claim. Sometimes an insurance can delay a claim for quite some time and patient's do not like receiving a bill long after they have been seen. There needs to be a way for the copay to be in there before and the patient to be billed for it if they miss it.
