We should be able to change the "owner" username

I am the owner of my business. When we signed up with Therabill, I had my billing specialist set it all up. Now she is leaving our office. I did not know that when she created our account, she used her own name as the primary "owner" username. Now that she will no longer be here, it is just WEIRD that her name will forever be associated with the business. I also think that if my personal name had been used, yet I decide to sell or change ownership of the business, my name should also be able to be removed. When I called and was getting help with changing the login for our "owner" account, I was informed that this username could never be changed. It was not possible. I find this hard to believe, because it is just a name. I think you could change it if you wanted to, and I think it should be an option. Even if it needs to be something that only Therabill Support can do, I still think it should be possible. I do not want my FORMER EMPLOYEE's name to continue with my business.
