Instead of using the web portal to have clients access their statements and pay via credit card can they have the option to pay via bank account. Many vendors have this ability and I imagine this is not a difficult code to write. This would help your product tremendously by avoiding unnecessary fees. Its silly to have to transfer money with the technology we have today and pay a fee. Also clients could link this with their HSA savings accounts or flex spending accounts and avoid having to write checks. It will be clean, fast and free and it benefits all parties involved (Therabill, Providers, Clients). Let me know.
