Allow billing to insurance with a pop up | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Allow billing to insurance with a pop up right after finalizing a note.

Right now I finalize a note, then have to go through multiple screens to bill that session to insurance. It would be great to just select a "yes" button if I want to bill to insurance right from the finalize note screen
