WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We need to be able to change the status of a patient and/or session, i.e. 'patient in collections', 'employee', etc. but there is no patient status indicator we can do this with.  If we had this and could run reports based on this information, it would help us track patients we've sent to collections or patients we don't want to balance bill, etc.  Maybe if we could add new status's ourselves then we could customize what we need for our company and other companies could also customize what they need for their company.
