enter payments by payer id

Currently, when entering payments for anyone that still sends paper EOBs, the options are limited to entering by insurance company or member. Opting to enter by insurance company is often broken up into several different insurance companies for the same EOB. An example would be an EOB from UnitedHealthcare being split up between AARP MedicareComplete insured through UnitedHealthcare, AARP MedicareComplete insured through UnitedHealthcare/Oxford Mosaic Network, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions/UnitedHealthcare group medicare advantage, etc..

Having the option to enter payments by Payer ID would save a lot of time and remove a lot of the extra hassle of splitting up an EOB and check total between multiple Insurance companies.
