Automatically adding tax to the account for billing

Hawaii allows providers to pass on GET or sales tax to insurance companies and patients/clients. The exception is Medicare and Medicaid. But at this time we have to manually add the tax to each account/each client EACH month which is time consuming. I was told Therabill was working on adding that option to the account setting so we could choose which account or payer types to add tax automatically. PLEASE proceed with this small program change. We do need this and other systems we have used in the past has allowed this option.

Yes, please look into having this program change. We are a PT clinic here in Hawaii and was able to have taxes automatically added onto our bills on our old billing system. However, after switching to WebPT Billing the only option is to add the taxes manually for each patient which would be extremely time consuming.
