WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Hi Therabill Team!

It would be really helpful if we could start a waiting list for clients - (ex. I work in a pediatric SLP practice and we are gearing up for schedules to change for the summer and then needing to change again for the fall) currently, I'm using notes to document scheduling needs, however, I then have to go into the client in order to find the note which is not very efficient or organized.  Would there be a possibility to create a waiting list for clients that would inform/remind me when a spot opens? 

Any suggestions?
